The National Development and Reform Commission recently issued the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Railway Special Lines", proposing that by 2020, a batch of railway special lines will start construction, and the proportion of railway special lines connected to major coastal ports, large industrial and mining enterprises with an annual transportation volume of more than 1.5 million tons of bulk goods, and newly built logistics parks will reach 80%.

The main ports of the Yangtze River trunk line will basically introduce railway special lines. By 2025, the above access rates will all reach 85%, and all major ports on the Yangtze River trunk line will have railway access.
This year is a double peak year for the opening of railways and the construction of railways. According to statistics, the new railway mileage is expected to reach 4000 kilometers this year, and the new railway mileage is expected to exceed 8000 kilometers this year. Among them, the peak of opening to traffic corresponds to the peak of equipment procurement, and the intensity of railway investment in the next two years is also expected to boost the expectations of the railway equipment sector.
